Itinerary
Day 1: Saigon
- Arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport
- Travel with a tour guide and private car to the hotel to check in.
- Free time at your leisure.
- Overnight in Saigon
Day 2: Saigon City Tour
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Our guide and private car will pick you up at your hotel and take you to explore Saigon: the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. Afterward, we'll take a break at a hidden, war-era bunker in the heart of Saigon where you will sample authentic Vietnamese coffee.
- Lunch at your own expense.
- We'll head to Cho Lon to visit Binh Tay Market and the Thien Hau Pagoda. To round out the day, we'll take a leisurely stroll down the famous medicine street where you'll find a variety of traditional remedies.
- Our tour will conclude with a return to the hotel. Take a break before discovering the Saigon nightlife.
- In the evening, join the Gems Alley food tour, the tour guide will lead the group to some of Saigon's most unique and diverse street food spots. From hearty soups to rich curries to light dishes.
- Overnight in Saigon.
Day 3: Saigon - Cu Chi
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Our guide and private car will pick you up at the hotel to head to the Cu Chi Tunnels
- Pass by bomb craters, evidence from the American war and small pipes of underground kitchens. Try the simple dishes of wartime soldiers and explore the tunnel system in the tunnels.
- Lunch at a riverside restaurant.
- Head back to Saigon. Free time at leisure.
- Overnight in Saigon.
Day 4: Saingon - Ben Tre
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Our guide and private vehicle will pick you up and transfer you to Ben Tre.
- On arrival in Ham Luong Pier, you will embark the boat to start your trip on Ben Tre River.
- Go to the brick kiln and see how brick makers make bricks by hand. Visit the coconut factory and coconut candy factory to see local people making handmade candy. Enjoy fruit and listen to folk music. Continue boating to the local people's sleeping mat making house.
- Ride a motorbike through the coconut forest and go to a local restaurant for lunch.
- After lunch, enjoy the countryside scenery by boat through small creeks.
- Transfer you back to Saigon, free time at leisure.
- Overnight in Saigon.
Day 5: Saigon
- Breakfast at hotel. Free time at leisure until check-out time.
- Transfer to airport, flight back to your home or further programs. End of service.
